Great Place!
Loved this place. Super friendly and clean. In walking distance to the beach. Cute little shop downstairs. We will definitely stay here again. Lots of close restaurants. Bike rentals were a block away. Great place

Close to everything!! 3rd year staying here! Like to sit on the porch and people-watch. The staff is nice. Fun ice cream shop across the street. Very easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Easy to downtown!
Spotless!
Our first time staying overnight in OC was an awesome experience thanks to the Blue Water Inn! Our room was spotless and the staff was very polite and helpful. We can’t wait to come back to OC.
